Dongguan Heijiao Audio Technology Co., Ltd, is led by Mr Lao Peng, better known as “LP Audio” over the years, and simplified to DYLP Audio in the West. DYLP Audio specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, customization, repair and maintenance of phonograph cartridges, and vinyl related products.  At present, our company’s main products are MC, MI/MM cartridges, and in-house produced diamond styli. Our goal is high performance with reliability, featuring clean, realistic, and natural sound.

Since beginning the production of OEM MC cartridges in 2011, our company has steadily grown in capabilities, with improving processes through the standardization of work practices, the strategic partnering with suppliers of important materials, and the procurement of the best available equipment within our means. Our research into cartridge design, the best modern materials, and the highest performance machinery is ongoing, and unceasing.

Our products are praised and trusted by customers at home and abroad. We have paid great attention to the control of product quality from the beginning of product development, through materials selection, to manufacturing techniques. Before production is even attempted, all aspects of the business are carefully considered at the same time (a holistic approach). We approach cartridge design, material selection and production techniques as an integrated process. Therefore, our company’s cartridges are very reliable, with stable performance over the age of the product, with extremely low defect rates.

History:

• “Lao Peng Vinyl” was founded in Shanghai in 2001 and began to
  engage in vinyl related business.
• Lao Peng started the design and manufacture of MM cartridges in
  2009, and began to repair cartridges in the same year.
• Moved to Nancheng, Dongguan, Guangdong in 2010 and established
  “Lao Peng Vinyl Studio”.
• Started to design and manufacture MC cartridges in 2011.
• In 2013, “Lao Peng Audio” (also known as “LPAudio”) domestically
  designed and made MC cartridges were introduced.
• In 2014, “Dongguan Laopeng Vinyl Audio Technology Co., Ltd.” was
  established.
• In 2016, it was renamed “Dongguan Vinyl Audio Technology Co., Ltd.”
• In 2018, the company expanded and converted to standardized
  factory production (the adoption of mass production techniques were
  embraced).
